Job Description

Production Planning and Scheduling:

Develop and implement production schedules along with planning team, ensuring that production goals and deadlines are met efficiently.

Team Management:

Lead and manage the production team, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Process Optimization:

Continuously improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.

Resource Management:

Oversee the procurement and utilization of raw materials, machinery, and equipment to meet production targets.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety regulations and best practices within the production area to ensure a safe working environment.

Inventory Management:

Manage and track inventory levels to ensure that materials are available when needed, while minimizing waste and excess inventory.

Budget Management:

Control production costs by monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing budgets for production-related activities.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

Address any issues or delays in production promptly and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

Reporting:

Generate regular reports on production metrics such as output, quality, and efficiency. Provide updates and recommendations to senior management.
