Post : Production Cum Engineer Incharge

Qualification : Degree / Diploma (Engg)

Exp. : 10+ Yrs

Location : Jambusar, Gujarat

Salary : As per co. standards

Job Profile :

1. Sphere head Production department, including PPC production, quality, and maintenance.

2. Monitor material usage, manpower management and inventory,

3. Oversee raw material monitoring, waste reduction, and process improvement.

4. Develop and implement monthly and weekly production plans to meet targets efficiently.

5. Ensure compliance with quality management systems, stage-wise inspection procedures, and ISO 9001-2015 standards.

6. Maintain and update essential documentation such as SOPs and work instructions.

7. Conduct training programs for factory staff and operators to enhance production quality and operational efficiency.

Skills Required :

Strong knowledge of sheet metal processing, preferably from MS / Steel drum manufacturing. Expertise in production planning, quality assurance, and process optimization. Effective team management and leadership abilities. Proficiency in multi-tasking and decision-making in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
