Job Description

Responsible for executing the production Plan & control Production processes effectively with Safety, Quality & Productivity.

General Responsibilities:

1. Supervise employees & Manpower Controlling in the production & Manufacturing area to ensure safety, quality and productivity.

2. Lead from front to ensure safe behavior /GMP /GHK culture on the shop floor Hygiene.

3. Ensure production of Quality & cost effective products, as per the plan FSSAI Norms.

4. Focused approach towards financial yield by optimum utilization of the available resources & waste reduction.

5. Close Monitoring of various processes, develop, update and maintain documents for compliance to HSE & Quality Systems.

6. Production Report preparation and updating on ERP.

7. Raw Material indent on daily basis and get RM from RM/PM Stores.

8. PM / RM planning as per production plan.

9. Coordinate with QC Team / Maintenance Team.

10. Coordinate with Operation Head in matter of personnel allocation, delivery dates and internal meetings and analyzing various issues.

11. Identify training needs for all employees & training them accordingly.

12. Work with cross-functional team to meet the departmental Goals & Objectives.

13. Manpower V/S Machines, Standard efficiency to get from the Machine.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
