Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

? Lead and control overall operations including manufacturing, projects, procurement, and

logistics

? Convert strategic objectives into executable operational plans

? Ensure efficient utilization of resources and operational discipline

Production & Project Execution

? Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution

? Ensure on-time completion of customer orders and projects

? Monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, cost, and delivery

Process Improvement & Cost Management

? Implement Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement practices

? Control operational costs and improve profitability

? Develop, review, and enforce SOPs and operational policies

Supply Chain & Inventory Control

? Coordinate with purchase, stores, and logistics teams

? Ensure uninterrupted material availability and optimized inventory levels

? Improve vendor performance and supply chain efficiency

Quality, Safety & Compliance

? Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements

? Drive workplace safety culture and zero-incident initiatives

? Lead audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions

People Management

? Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and operational teams

? Drive performance management, accountability, and skill enhancement

? Promote teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement culture

Cross-Functional Coordination

? Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Customer Support

? Provide operational MIS, reports, and strategic inputs to management

? Support business growth and operational scalability

Required Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial)

? MBA / PGDM in Operations / Supply Chain / General Management preferred

Experience Requirements

? 10-15+ years of relevant experience in operations management

? Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (Operations Head / Plant Head / Factory

Manager)

? Experience in engineering, automation, electrical, or manufacturing sectors preferred

? In-depth knowledge of operations, supply chain, and cost control

? Financial understanding and ERP/MIS proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
