JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible and efficient

Production Incharge

to manage day-to-day production activities, monitor workflow, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion of production targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise production processes and ensure smooth operations. Monitor work progress and ensure daily production targets are achieved. Allocate tasks to workers and manage shift operations. Ensure products meet the required quality standards. Identify defects or issues and take corrective actions immediately. Maintain proper documentation related to quality checks. Manage workers and ensure discipline and safety on the production floor. Provide basic training on processes and safety guidelines. Monitor attendance and performance of team members. Check availability of raw materials and consumables. Reduce wastage and ensure optimal use of resources. Report daily production output, issues, and progress management.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Diploma/Graduate in Engineering, Production, or related field.

2-5 years

of experience in production supervision or incharge roles. Strong leadership and communication skills
