Job Summary:

The

Production In-Charge

will oversee and manage end-to-end production processes in the factory, ensuring timely and quality output. This role involves supervising job works, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

Factory Operations:

Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.

Job Work Coordination:

Manage job work processes with subcontractors, ensuring timely execution and quality control.

Quality Control:

Monitor production quality at different stages and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Resource Management:

Allocate manpower and machinery effectively for optimal productivity.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination:

Work closely with fabric, trims, and accessory suppliers to maintain a steady production flow.

Process Optimization:

Implement cost-effective and efficient production techniques to minimize wastage and improve productivity.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety guidelines, and environmental regulations.

Team Management:

Lead, train, and motivate the production team for enhanced efficiency and performance.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Monitor raw material usage and stock levels to avoid production delays.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain records of production schedules, efficiency, and quality reports for management review.

Key Requirements:

14+ years of experience in garment manufacturing, job works, and factory production. Strong understanding of production planning, workflow, and job work processes. Knowledge of fabric types, stitching techniques, finishing, and quality control. Experience in handling vendors and subcontractors. Ability to manage a large team and resolve production challenges efficiently. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. Familiarity with compliance and safety regulations in garment production. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production tracking tools is a plus.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
