1. Staff Management & Training:
Leading, supervising, and training a team of production employees.
Assigning tasks, coaching, and monitoring employee performance.
Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to management.
Scheduling employees and managing labor hours effectively.
2. Production & Quality Control:
Ensuring compliance with food safety procedures, OSHA safety practices, and GMP requirements.
Maintaining quality control guidelines throughout the production process.
Monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Inspecting, troubleshooting, and resolving production or equipment issues.
Ensuring all products meet Krispy Kreme's quality standards.
Maintaining a high level of commissary sanitation and cleanliness.
3. Operational Efficiency:
Understanding and implementing procedures to maximize production efficiency and control variances.
Coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource allocation.
Developing and implementing strategies to reduce production costs.
Preparing production reports for upper management regarding safety, productivity, and quality.
4. General Management Support:
Working with the General Manager to achieve business plan objectives and profitability.
Demonstrating safety consciousness and promoting a safe working environment.
Overseeing the proper upkeep of the facility and equipment.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
