Job Description

We are looking for a

Production In-Charge

to lead and manage the production floor of our electronics manufacturing unit. The candidate should have experience in

PCB assembly, soldering, testing

, and

handling a team

in a production environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily production activities. Monitor assembly line (THT/SMT), soldering, and final product testing. Ensure production quality, efficiency, and output targets. Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor. Coordinate with purchase, QC, and R&D teams. Handle production staff and allocate daily tasks.

Key Skills:

Production management Electronics assembly knowledge (PCB, soldering, testing) ESD safety awareness Team handling and planning Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
