Job Description

:

We are seeking an experienced

Production Incharge

to lead our fastener and precision components manufacturing operations. The candidate should be capable of managing the complete shop floor, ensuring quality output, timely delivery, and optimum resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily production activities to meet delivery and quality targets Supervise the machining, threading, cold forging, and secondary operations Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and store teams for smooth workflow Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime Monitor manpower, raw material usage, and machine efficiency Implement process improvements to reduce rejections and improve productivity Maintain production records and generate daily/monthly reports Train and guide shop floor operators and line supervisors Enforce safety and housekeeping practices on the shop floor

Requirements:

5-10 years

of relevant experience in a

manufacturing unit

Strong knowledge of

machining operations, cold forging, and threading processes

Hands-on experience with production planning & control Basic knowledge of quality control tools Leadership and team management skills are essential Ability to work under pressure and handle shop floor challenges

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering Computer proficiency (Excel, Email, ERP software) preferred
