Required Production Incharge

Location- Dunkuni

Salary- 25k pm

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize production schedules to meet targets. Ensure that health and safety regulations are strictly followed. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Supervise and motivate production staff, providing training as necessary. Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely procurement of materials.
Qualifications and Skills-

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in production planning and resource allocation. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
Education and Experience: -

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role. Good Communication skill in English
