Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily production schedules for electrical and electronic assemblies. Monitor production processes to ensure timely completion of tasks as per quality standards. Supervise assembly line workers, technicians, and support staff on the shop floor. Ensure the availability of raw materials, tools, and components to avoid production delays. Coordinate with planning, purchase, and warehouse teams for smooth workflow. Review assembly procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the production floor. Inspect finished products for compliance with specifications and report any deviations. Maintain proper documentation of production records, assembly procedures, and process logs. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Train new employees on assembly procedures, quality standards, and safety practices. Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards. Support preventive maintenance activities and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely equipment repairs. Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and continuous improvement projects. Analyze production data and suggest strategies to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
