- Manage production planning, scheduling, and execution
- Supervise heavy & medium fabrication, CNC, VMC, and Boring machining operations
- Ensure quality standards and troubleshoot issues
- Optimize resource utilization and reduce downtime
- Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- 6-8 years of experience in heavy fabrication and machining
- Strong technical expertise and leadership skills
