Job Title: Production Manager - RCC Hume Pipe Factory

Experience: 5-10 Years (RCC Hume Pipe / Precast Concrete Industry)

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage and control end-to-end production operations of an RCC Hume Pipe manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, ensuring efficient use of manpower and machinery, and complying with safety and operational norms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for RCC Hume Pipes

Ensure production targets are met with required quality and timelines

Supervise manufacturing processes including batching, casting, spinning/vibration, curing, demoulding, and stacking

Monitor raw material consumption (cement, aggregates, steel, admixtures)

Optimize manpower, moulds, and machinery utilization

Reduce production losses, wastage, and rejections

Ensure preventive maintenance coordination to avoid breakdowns

Maintain daily production reports and MIS

Ensure adherence to safety practices and factory discipline

Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and procurement teams

E-way Bill preparation

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in RCC Hume Pipe or precast concrete production

Strong knowledge of RCC pipe manufacturing process and IS codes

Ability to handle manpower and shift operations

Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

ITI with relevant industry experience may be considered

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
