We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Production Incharge

to oversee and manage the end-to-end production process in our garment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities. Allocate tasks and supervise stitching, cutting, finishing, and packing teams. Ensure timely completion of orders as per buyer requirements. Coordinate with merchandising, quality, and store departments. Maintain production reports and ensure adherence to timelines. Implement effective manpower and machine utilization. Monitor quality standards and reduce defects or rework. Ensure compliance with safety and workplace discipline. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize processes.

Requirements:

Minimum 2

years

experience in garment/Apparel production. Strong knowledge of stitching, cutting, and finishing processes. Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of production planning and reporting.
