Job Description

We are a fabrication cum Design Studio in Gurgaon seeking a

Production Manager

to oversee our

steel fabrication unit

.

The candidate should be a mechanical engineer / architect / product designer / engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise

metal and wood fabrication

processes, including Stainless Steel, Mild Steel (MS), Aluminum, Brass, and Copper. Special Emphasis in Stainless Steel. Ensure

quality control

in welding, polishing, lathe operations, fitting, and other fabrication techniques. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to

optimize product designs

. Oversee

material procurement and outsourcing

while maintaining quality standards. Troubleshoot

production challenges

and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

Minimum

10 years of experience

in fabrication and production supervision. Strong understanding of

manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques

. Should know how to manage team and derive work Should knowrelevant

computer

and

drawing softwares

Should have own vehicle

Proficiency in English

for effective communication. Detail-oriented with strong

problem-solving skills

. Should have diploma / degree
