Only candidates willing to relocate to Derabassi should apply. Will work as a Production-In-charge MOULDING DEPARTMENT (Production). At least 15 Years Experience in handling injection molding Machines. Examine molded products from each machine to verify conformance to specifications Knowledge of L&T Machines Process and Setting Complete handling of Injection Molding Machines Complete Production targets Maintain Production Reports Maintain 5S of shop floor Experience in handling all types of plastic material PC,NYLON,PMMA Injection molding Process Optimization and Rejection control. Production Scheduling and Raw Material planning. Regular monitoring of Production process. Effective Utilization and Planning of 4M (Manpower, Material, Method and Machine). Red Bin Analysis and Root cause Analysis. Troubleshooting and Solving Technical Problems. Trial of different Material and Molds. Implementation of all activities related to 5-S. Training to the new recruited Trainees. Report status of machines and downtime to superiors/peers. Hot runner molds 2 plate and 3 plate mold with various core. Single and Multi cavity molds.
