Plan, organize, and supervise daily food and bakery production.
Maintain recipe standards, portion control, and quality consistency.
Ensure timely availability of bakery items, snacks, and beverages as per cafe demand.
Monitor food presentation and taste to meet brand standards.
2. Team Supervision
Lead, train, and guide kitchen and bakery staff.
Allocate duties and monitor staff productivity.
Maintain discipline, hygiene, and professional conduct within the production team.
3. Quality & Hygiene
Implement and monitor hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen and bakery.
Conduct regular checks for equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
Maintain compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory standards.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor stock levels of raw materials, bakery ingredients, and packaging items.
Ensure efficient usage of materials to minimize wastage and food cost.
Coordinate with the purchase team for timely procurement.
5. Menu & Innovation
Support menu planning with new bakery and cafe items.
Ensure seasonal specials, festive offerings, and product development align with market trends.
6. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily production logs and wastage reports.
Report production performance, challenges, and requirements to management.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth order flow.
