Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production of bakery items (cakes, cookies, bread, etc.)
Plan production schedules and ensure timely order completion
Maintain quality standards and hygiene as per company norms
Manage and train production staff
Coordinate with purchase, store, and dispatch teams
Monitor stock of raw materials and reduce wastage
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in food production (bakery/FMCG preferred)
Knowledge of production planning and quality control
Strong leadership and team management skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory software)
Willingness to work in rotational shift timings .
