Job Opening: Production Incharge

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Production Incharge to manage our production and quality control operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient output.

Monitor quality control (QC) processes and ensure product quality meets company standards.

Coordinate with design, purchase, and service departments to maintain smooth workflow.

Maintain production schedules and optimize resource utilization.

Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Prepare and maintain production-related reports and documentation.

Supervise the production team and ensure discipline, safety, and productivity on the shop floor.

Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production and quality control.

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of production planning, machine assembly, and quality standards.

Familiarity with industrial safety procedures and ISO documentation.

Job Type: Full-Time
