We are looking for a proactive and hands-on individual to manage manufacturing operations and project designs at Titan Hydro. This role requires someone who can lead and guide production workers to ensure smooth production processes while also contributing to project design tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production operations and ensure project deadlines are met.
Manage and guide factory workers, resolving issues and maintaining productivity.
Ensure quality control and adherence to manufacturing standards.
Collaborate on design modifications for manufacturing projects.
Maintain records of production processes and project progress.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage workers.
Practical understanding of manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (SolidWorks or similar software experience is a plus).
Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision.
Notice Period & Relieving
Agreement:

minimum 1-year agreement
from the date of joining.

3 months' notice
before resignation.
