Production In Charge - Dispatch Section ( Immediate)

About Us:

The Production In-Charge - Dispatch Section is responsible for managing and coordinating all dispatch activities to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of finished goods to customers or distribution centers

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize daily dispatch schedules based on customer orders and production output. Supervise the packaging, labeling, and loading of finished goods to ensure accuracy and product safety. Verify that all dispatches meet quantity, quality, and documentation requirements. Coordinate with production, quality control, and stores departments to ensure readiness of materials for dispatch. Manage transport arrangements -- vehicle scheduling, route planning, and coordination with logistics partners. Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents. Monitor stock movement and update dispatch status in ERP or manual systems. Ensure proper stacking, handling, and preservation of finished goods in the dispatch area. Implement safety measures and maintain cleanliness and order in the dispatch zone.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production, or a related field. 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations in a manufacturing setup. Strong knowledge of dispatch procedures, documentation, and transportation coordination. Familiarity with ERP systems or dispatch management software.
