Key Responsibilities

All product Batch card creation for before production / Batch wise Barcode scanning & Label printing / Every FN Planning for Production and packing

Materials received at plant need to check all parameters with as per APL spec's with QC / Coordinate with Store people, PM planning Given every day & Arranging / RM & PM Stock to be maintain in shop floor against daily plan

Arranging Manpower -Allotting the ITI Peoples for packing, Production & machine Operating & Allotting the Workers for packing

Packing details, Manpower allocation & Vessel status, Process Order details Report
(Packing Output report) daily basis & DPR report & PM/RM requirement (for each FN) send to APL Team daily basis & After completion of FN the same completion report send to pon pure commercial team by each month start

Visual inspection while receiving the packing material's / If material get rejected need to do QR format along with APL team
