Assist operators in tyre manufacturing processes such as mixing, building, curing, and finishing
Load and unload raw materials, semi-finished, and finished tyres
Support machine operations and keep the work area clean
Help in packing, stacking, and moving tyres within the plant
Follow instructions from supervisors and shift in-charges
Ensure safety rules and company policies are strictly followed
Perform any other production-related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass (preferred)
No prior experience required (training will be provided)
Physically fit to handle manual work
Willing to work in shifts
Basic discipline and teamwork skills
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
