Job Description

We are looking for a

Production Helper

to support daily manufacturing operations by assisting machine operators and production staff. The role involves handling materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

Assist production operators in daily manufacturing tasks Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products Support machine setup and basic operation under supervision Perform packing, labeling, and material handling activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Follow safety guidelines and use PPE at all times Report any defects, issues, or safety concerns to supervisors Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
Requirements & Qualifications

No prior experience required (training will be provided) Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and standing Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if needed Basic understanding of workplace safety is an advantage
Preferred Skills

Experience in manufacturing or factory environment Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Punctual, disciplined, and reliable Basic communication skills
Work Environment

Factory / production facility Exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial equipment Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
