Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in

loading and unloading

raw materials, finished goods, and other items safely and efficiently. Support the

technical team

in machine setup, minor adjustments, and cleaning. Help in

material movement

within the production area as instructed. Maintain

cleanliness and organization

in the work area and follow 5S standards. Follow

safety guidelines

and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Assist in

packing, labeling, and stacking

of materials or products. Report any

damages, defects, or safety hazards

to the supervisor immediately. Support in

waste segregation and disposal

as per company policies. Perform any

additional duties

assigned by the supervisor or management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum

10th / 12th pass

or equivalent. Prior experience as a

factory helper / general helper

preferred. Basic understanding of

factory safety and work discipline

. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks. Willingness to work in

shifts

and overtime if required.

Work Environment:

Factory / shop floor environment. May involve standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
