The Production Helper will support the daily manufacturing operations in the tyre production area. The role involves assisting machine operators, handling raw materials, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining smooth workflow on the shop floor. The candidate must be physically fit, attentive, and capable of working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist machine operators in tyre building, curing, mixing, and related production processes.
Load and unload raw materials such as rubber, chemicals, beads, and fabric into machines.
Move semi-finished tyres and finished tyres to designated areas using material handling tools.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
Perform basic manual tasks such as cutting, weighing, and stacking materials.
Ensure proper labeling and identification of materials.
Support in routine checks of machines under the supervision of operators/technicians.
Report any abnormalities, defects, or safety issues to supervisors immediately.
Follow shift schedules, production targets, and quality guidelines strictly.
Comply with all company safety rules, PPE usage, and 5S housekeeping standards.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th pass
Basic understanding of manufacturing or assembly line work (preferred).
Physically fit to lift materials and stand for long hours.
Ability to work in rotating shifts (day/night).
Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
