Position:

Production Head - Wooden Furniture

Location:

Plot no 211,212 sector C, Urla Industrial Complex, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492000

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years in wooden furniture manufacturing

Reporting to:

Director / Operations Head

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete wooden furniture production process, including cutting, assembly, polishing, and finishing. Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet order timelines. Supervise and guide carpenters, machine operators, and helpers. Ensure optimal use of materials to reduce wastage and improve efficiency. Monitor quality at each stage to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the design and sales teams for custom furniture requirements. Ensure maintenance of all woodworking machines and tools. Maintain inventory of raw materials (wood, hardware, polish, etc.). Implement safety and cleanliness standards on the shop floor. Keep records of production, labour, and delivery timelines.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of woodworking machines, joinery techniques, and materials. Team leadership and manpower management. Ability to read technical drawings and convert them into production. Quality-focused approach with an eye for detail. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
