Experience

: Minimum of 20 to 25 years of experience in the relevant area / industry.

Professional Background:

B Tech from good engineering institute in /Mechanical/ Electronics /Industrial or production with MBA in Production/ Operations management. Must have good academic background with thorough grasp of engineering fundamentals and knowledge of Sheet Metal, PCBA, Electro-mechanical production. Implementation knowledge of ISO, Environment, Health & Safety standards is essential.

Technical exposure/skill:

Rich and quality exposure in Manufacturing in addition to the areas of: New plant & machinery planning & execution Production Plan and Management System Production Resource planning and Management Practical knowledge for ensuring all regulatory compliances. Production process management including lean manufacturing & batch production.

Production KPIs & Dashboards

Evaluation of new product and sign off prior to launch of volume production. Analysis of root cause and developing counter measure Suggest and implement countermeasures to reduce production waste. Analysis of data and inference for corrective/ preventive action Good working Knowledge of standard Production machinery in Sheet Metal, PCB Assembly, Cable Assembly & Product integration, and testing. Special exposure to contract manufacturing of Electro-mechanical products.
