We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Production Head

to oversee all operations at our steel processing unit. This role will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. The successful candidate will manage production, quality, maintenance, safety, and compliance, and will play a critical role in aligning plant operations with overall business objectives. The Plant Head will also lead, mentor, and inspire the plant workforce, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills and Competencies

Strong leadership and people management skills. In-depth knowledge of steel processing technologies and equipment Excellent understanding of production planning, quality systems and lean manufacturing principles. Solid knowledge of EHS standards and compliance requirements. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree 10-15+ years of experience in plant operations in the Manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
