Job Description

Position:

Production Head - ICF Manufacturing

Location:

Chennai

We are looking for a

Production Head with 8-10+ years of experience

in fabrication / ICF or railway component manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Handle complete production operations for ICF components. Read and execute

production plans and technical drawings

. Lead and manage

shop floor team

(welders, operators, technicians). Oversee and maintain

laser cutting, lathe, 80 & 100 ton press, welding machines

, etc. Ensure

quality, timely delivery, and process discipline

Requirements:

Strong experience in

metal fabrication and team handling

. Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
