Garment Mantra Lifestyle Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic

Production Head

to oversee the entire production unit. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of garment manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage the production team efficiently to ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all production operations and processes. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Monitor workflow, production schedules, and resource allocation. Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations. Lead, train, and mentor the production team to enhance performance and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the production unit. Handle problem-solving and decision-making for operational challenges.

Core Requirements:

Minimum

5+ years of experience

in garment/apparel manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role. Strong understanding of

garment production, workflow, and quality control

. Proven experience managing large production units and teams. Excellent

organizational, communication, and leadership skills

. On-site availability in

Tirupur

.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

apparel/garment industry

is highly preferred. Knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and team management.
