Requirements:

Minimum

10 years of total experience

in manufacturing/production. Must have worked as a

Production In-charge

or

Supervisor

for a few years. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of production planning and execution. Experience in handling store, purchase, and production functions. Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day production activities to meet monthly targets set by the Marketing team. Supervise and assign daily tasks to fitters and production staff. Head and coordinate with Store In-charge, Purchase, and Production teams. Act as the

Head of Plant Operations

. Report directly to the

Managing Director (MD)

. Ensure smooth and timely production while maintaining quality standards.
