Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day production activities for submersible motors.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and cost parameters.
Monitor manpower allocation, machine utilization, and process efficiency.
Coordinate with design, purchase, and quality departments for smooth workflow.
Implement lean manufacturing, process improvement, and 5S practices.
Analyze downtime, rejection, and wastage data to identify improvement areas.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Lead, train, and motivate the production team for higher performance.
Prepare and present production performance reports to management.
