Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Head to lead our production team in manufacturing high-quality car parts using injection molding technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Control:

- Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.

- Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including machinery, materials, and labor.

2. Quality Management:

- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.

- Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions.

3. Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes.

4. Team Management:

- Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors, operators, and technicians.

- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

5. Cost Control:

- Monitor and control production costs, including materials, labor, and overheads.

- Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource utilization.

6. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in production management, preferably in injection molding or automotive industry.

3. Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
