Roles and Responsibilities

₹ Oversee the entire manufacturing process in the factory to ensure optimal production efficiency, product quality, and resource utilisation.

₹ Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.

₹ Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

₹ Handle the commercial aspects, including vendor negotiations, raw material management, and costing.

₹ Manage manpower effectively, maintaining a humane and productive interface with workers.

₹ Drive production planning with a focus on commercials, profitability, and cost optimisation.

₹ Ensure the factory meets certifications and standards required for leading brand vendor approvals.

₹ Interact with clients (domestic/international brands such as Zara, Walmart, Westside, etc.) on technical specifications and production requirements.

₹ Preference for candidates with experience in Schiffli embroidery plants, weaving plants, or textile engineering background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
