Job Description

:

We are looking for an experienced professional who has complete technical and operational knowledge of

Plastic Woven Sack (PP/HDPE Bags) manufacturing plant.

The candidate should be capable of managing production, supervising manpower, maintaining machinery, and ensuring product quality as per standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire production process of woven sacks/bags, from raw material feeding to final product dispatch. Knowledge of

machinery setup and operationincluding:
Extruder machine
Circular looms
Lamination plant
Printing, cutting, and stitching units
Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely output. Manage manpower, shift schedules, and resource planning. Ensure raw material (PP, HDPE, master batch, additives) availability and maintain material consumption records. Handle maintenance schedules and coordinate with the technical team for repairs. Maintain quality standards and minimize wastage. Prepare daily and monthly production reports. Provide technical inputs for process improvement and cost reduction.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum

5-10 years of experience in

Plastic Woven Sack / PP/HDPE Bagsmanufacturing industry. Strong understanding of production machinery and process parameters. Knowledge of polymer materials, blending ratios, and extrusion techniques. Leadership skills to handle a production team and plant operations. Ability to troubleshoot process and mechanical issues on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
