Job Description

Leadership and Management:

Lead and manage the entire production team, ensuring a positive and
productive work environment.

Develop and implement production strategies and plans to meet
organizational goals and customer demand.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of production staff, providing
coaching and development as needed.

Production Planning and Control:

Oversee the planning and scheduling of production activities to
ensure timely delivery of products.

Implement effective production control systems to optimize workflow
and minimize downtime.

Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, quality
control, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and
comply with industry regulations.

Implement continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance product
quality and manufacturing processes.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any
quality issues.

Cost Management:

Manage production budgets and ensure cost-effective use of
resources.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
without compromising on quality.

Monitor inventory levels and manage raw material procurement to
avoid production delays.

Health and Safety:

Promote a culture of safety within the production facility. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and
standards.

Implement and monitor safety protocols to prevent accidents and
injuries.

Technical Expertise:

Stay updated with the latest advancements in production technology
and techniques.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance
production efficiency and product quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issuesthat arise during the
production process.

Qualification ? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

(preferred)

? Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management, with

at least 5 years in a leadership role in consumer durable industry

mainly of Kitchen appliances

? Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale production

operations.

? Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean

manufacturing principles.

? Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

? Proficiency in production management software and tools.
