Jugal Tube Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Head to lead our factory operations. The person in this role will manage the entire production process, making sure that daily and monthly targets are met with the best use of time, manpower, machines, and raw materials. The job requires someone who can plan production schedules, maintain high quality, control costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.
The Production Head will work closely with the quality, maintenance, purchase, and HR teams to keep the factory running smoothly. He or she will also focus on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and following Just-in-Time (JIT) practices. A strong understanding of safety rules, labor laws, and environmental standards is important.
We are looking for a leader who has managed large teams in manufacturing and knows how to get the best results from people and processes. Experience in copper, brass, or other metal industries will be a big advantage.
