Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the plastic moulding department Manage and supervise production staff Ensure production targets are met and maintain high-quality standards Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Implement and enforce safety protocols Monitor inventory levels and order raw materials as needed Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training for team members Investigate and resolve any production issues or equipment malfunctions Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role Have experience ASB Brand Machines Experience in plastic moulding manufacturing preferred Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
