Job Description

:

We are looking for a highly organized production head to create production schedules, oversee production processes and ensure that the required materials are selected and purchased. Production head are also responsible for ensuring that equipment is functioning correctly and that health and safety protocols are adhered to.

To be successful as a production head you must be able to multitask and oversee several operations at a time. A good production head has excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Managing daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. Developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes and workflows. Coordinating with procurement, design and quality teams for smooth production operations. Monitoring equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and manpower utilization. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and company procedures. Analyzing production data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

Additional Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production. 8 to 9 years experience in Pharmaceutical machine manufacturing. Knowledge of sheet metal is must. Strong leadership and organizational skills with hands-on shop floor management experience. Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
