Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Production Head to lead and manage the production operations across our three manufacturing units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, Production Targets, quality control, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery while aligning production activities with the company's strategic goals. Job Requirements

1.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering (mandatory).

- MBA / Postgraduate in Operations or Supply Chain (preferred).

2.

Years of Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple plants.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

- Proficiency in production software, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.

- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems, best practices, and compliance.

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Industry Background:

Engineering, Fire Safety Equipment, Fabrication, Auto Components Key Responsibilities:

1.

Strategic and Operational Leadership

- Oversee and coordinate production activities across all 3 manufacturing plants.

- Develop and implement production strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, cost, and time.

- Coordinate with senior leadership on capacity planning, resource allocation, and plant performance.

- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
