Job Summary:

The Production Executive will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the entire food manufacturing process at our facility. The role entails planning production schedules, ensuring consistency and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supervising the workforce, maintaining hygiene standards, testing product parameters, and managing records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities



1. Timely Production of Products



Manage daily production to ensure sauces are manufactured as per schedule. Coordinate with the inventory and procurement teams to ensure raw materials are available in advance.

2. Factory Hygiene & Plant Cleaning



Supervise daily cleaning and sanitation of the plant, machinery, and equipment. Ensure CIP (Clean-In-Place) is done before sensitive productions and at least once weekly.

3. FSSAI Compliance & Record Maintenance



Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with FSSAI regulations. Track raw material receipts, batch production, and finished goods to ensure full traceability.

4. Training on Food Safety Standards



Conduct weekly training for production staff on personal hygiene, FSSAI guidelines, and food safety protocols. Ensure adherence to all hygiene and safety norms on the production floor.

5. Packaging & Dispatch Oversight



Supervise the packaging process and ensure dispatch readiness as per schedule. Verify product and box labels for accuracy and compliance.

6. Labour Management & Site Organization



Assign daily tasks to labourers and ensure optimal productivity. Oversee weekly cleaning and organization of cabins, event room, pantry, and packaging areas. Ensure all raw materials, cleaning tools, and inventory are properly labeled and stored.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of production processes, SOPs, and quality control standards.

- Familiarity with FSSAI and HACCP regulations and documentation requirements.

- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

- This position may require standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work in varying temperatures within the production facility.

- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?420,000.00 per year
