Job Title: Production Head - Kuttipuram Manufacturing Unit

Location: Kuttipuram, Kerala

Reports to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight Manage daily production operations and maintain accurate production logs. Ensure production targets are achieved on time without labour shortages. Procurement & Coordination Handle procurement of raw materials and packaging. Work with the finance team to ensure smooth documentation and timely payments. Negotiate with vendors and maintain good supplier relationships. Quality & Compliance Supervise QA team to ensure products meet company standards. Ensure compliance with safety and quality norms. Collaboration & Problem Solving Coordinate with Operations Manager on packaging and dispatch. Work closely with management to address delays or operational challenges. Reporting & Tools Maintain production reports and MIS using Excel and other basic platforms. Ensure clear and timely communication across teams.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and people management skills. Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management ability. Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi. Knowledge of MS Excel and basic digital platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management. 2-3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations. Prior exposure to the food/FMCG industry is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Kuttippuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
