Job Description

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities to ensure efficient operations, quality output, and timely delivery while maintaining safety and cost control standards.

Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations Ensure production targets are met as per schedules and customer requirements Monitor production processes and improve efficiency and productivity Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and attendance Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of production Coordinate with maintenance, stores, and administration teams Control production costs, material usage, and wastage Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports to management
Qualifications

Any graduate degree Technical or production-related certification is an added advantage Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment Experience in GCC / Kerala preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
