Job Description

1. Develop and implement production schedules.

2. Coordinate with planning, sourcing, and marketing teams to align production with demand.

3. Allocate resources (manpower, machinery, raw materials) effectively.

4. Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.

5. Oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor.

6. Monitor production output, efficiency, and quality.

7. Lead and manage supervisors, technicians, and machine operators.

8. Train and develop production staff to improve skills and efficiency.

9. Monitor and control production budgets.

10. Optimize production costs without compromising quality.

11. Reduce material wastage and improve resource efficiency.

12. Maintain accurate production records (output, downtime, defects, etc.).

13. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.

14. Keep up with new technologies and trends in textile manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

Master's (Preferred)
Experience:

Textiles Industry: 3 years (Required)
Language:

English, Malayalam, Hindi (Preferred)
