Key responsibilities

Production management:

Oversee the entire furniture production process, ensuring the efficient use of resources and the timely completion of orders.

Team leadership:

Manage and lead the production staff, including supervisors and workers.

Quality control:

Implement and enforce quality standards to ensure the final products meet specifications and client expectations.

Process optimization:

Continuously improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.

Supply chain and inventory:

Manage raw material procurement, inventory, and the supply chain to ensure uninterrupted production.

Cross-functional coordination:

Collaborate with design, sales, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Technical knowledge:

Understand technical drawings and specifications, and be familiar with materials and machinery used in furniture making.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure the production facility complies with all safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications and skills

Education:

A bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience:

Several years of experience in furniture manufacturing or production management is crucial.

Leadership:

Strong team leadership, communication, and management skills are essential.

Technical expertise:

Proficiency in areas like fine woodworking,laminate, PU, joinery, and metalworking, as well as understanding technical drawings.

Project management:

Experience in managing projects from start to finish is highly valuable.

Quality control:

A strong understanding of quality control procedures.

Cost management:

The ability to manage costs and budgets effectively.
