Job Description

Require relevant candidate for Plant Head -Production - HPDC for our client, a major automotive & Industrial product manufacturer.

:

Experience in HPDC Die Casting & Machine Shop, Powder Coating. Strong Knowledge of Die casting, quality, Plant Maintenance, Machine Shop Tooling. To ensure process /method of die casting operation is set or followed. IATF 16949, EHS, QMS standards & Its Documentations. Technical expertise in machinery and maintenance Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC maintenance, spare parts management Exposure of Lean Manufacturing. Calculate & Analyize furnace oil efficiency. Providing solutions for Production & Maintenance Analyze past data of production capacities & discuss the deviations with Customers & provide and awareness to address the same going forward. Proven leadership , problem-solving and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Maintenance Management Software. Ensure the minimum sufficient inventory to address demand fluctuations. Ensure safety and quality compliance across operations. Coordinate with HR to Identify & enhance competencies of the team member for their growth & correct path. To arrange the Daily manpower as per production requirements. To Solve the Internal Issue

Candidate Profile:

DME/ BE- Mechanical degree preferred 15 to 20yrs of experience in production -HPDC Team Handling experience Problem Solver

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?160,000.00 per month
