Plan, organize, and manage production for automobile and sheet metal components.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Oversee press shop, welding, fabrication, painting, and assembly operations.
Implement Lean, 5S, and Kaizen for process improvement and waste reduction.
Ensure product quality and compliance with customer specifications.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor OEE, productivity, downtime, and cost efficiency.
Drive a safe culture and ensure adherence to SHE standards.
Lead, train, and motivate production teams for performance excellence.
Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering.
10-20 years of experience in automobile and sheet metal manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Quality Systems.
