Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership
Lead and manage day-to-day production / site execution activities across all projects.
Plan, organize, and oversee cleanroom build, installation, and commissioning processes.
Establish production priorities and ensure strict adherence to schedules and deliverables.

2. Quality & Compliance
Ensure all operations comply with cleanroom standards (ISO 14644, GMP, FDA, etc.), quality policies, and regulatory requirements. (Foundit)
Maintain and implement robust documentation systems, SOPs, and quality records.
Lead quality audits and compliance checks as required.
3. Team & Resource Management
Lead, motivate, and build a results-oriented production team including supervisors, engineers, technicians, and site crews.
Conduct performance reviews, training, skill development, and team coaching.
Plan manpower needs and ensure optimal resource allocation across projects. (Adzuna)
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Design, Quality, Procurement, and Safety teams for seamless project execution.
Engage with clients, consultants, and auditors on production status, challenges, and technical solutions.
5. Process Improvement & Cost Control
Drive continuous improvement programs to optimize production efficiency, quality performance, and cost effectiveness (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma principles).
Monitor operational costs and resource utilization to meet financial targets.
6. Safety & Risk Management
Champion EHS standards and promote a strong safety culture across production teams.
Identify risks, ensure preventive measures, and drive corrective actions for process or project deviations.
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, or relevant discipline)
Master's degree / MBA (Operations/Manufacturing) is a plus
Experience
5 to
8
of progressive experience in production, manufacturing, or project operations.
Prior leadership experience in controlled environments, cleanroom projects, manufacturing, or technical execution preferred.
Exposure to regulated industries (pharma, semiconductor, healthcare, life sciences) is advantageous. (INFICON)
