Oversee the end-to-end furniture production process.
Analyze current production practices and identify areas for optimization.
Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely production delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Manage inventory, raw materials, and vendor coordination.
Supervise and mentor production leads, supervisors, and craftsmen.
Coordinate closely with the design, procurement, and QC teams.
Maintain safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in the
exotic furniture industry
(mandatory).
Proven experience in managing large-scale furniture production units.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of production optimization tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
